All functions, powers and/or responsibilities
of the city as provided for by the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities
Act,[1] as amended or hereafter amended, shall include, but not
be limited to, those specific powers and duties set forth in said
Act at 35 P.S. § 750.8.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any rule or regulation adopted by the city pursuant to the powers delegated in § 169-1 shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall be subject to the same fines and penalties as are provided for in Section 13 of the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act.[1]
