As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Within the limits of the Township of Pine, any word, act or conduct
which causes or tends to cause a disturbance or breach of the peace or good
order of the Township; or which causes or tends to cause danger, annoyance
or discomfiture to the inhabitants of the Township of Pine or persons lawfully
within said Township, and shall include fighting, drunkenness, vagrancy, begging,
loafing or the making of unnecessary noise, profane or indecent language,
careless or reckless driving or any other use of vehicles by the owners or
occupants thereof as shall endanger the safety or interfere with the comfort
or convenience of any person or persons lawfully using the thoroughfares of
Pine Township or residing in said Pine Township.
All of the foregoing disorderly conduct is hereby declared an unlawful
offense.

Any person or persons violating the provisions of this chapter shall,
upon summary conviction thereof before a District Justice, be subject to a
fine not exceeding $300, plus costs of prosecution for each offense.
