All sums of money that may hereafter be paid into the Township
treasury by the Treasurer of Pennsylvania on account of taxes paid
on premiums by foreign fire insurance companies shall be deposited
in a separate fund to be known and designated as "Appropriation No.
13," and all appropriations heretofore made to the Shaler Township
Firemen's Relief Association shall be paid out of said appropriation.
