Any person who remains in a public place while in wilful violation of any of the prohibitions of §
462-1 may be arrested, without a warrant, by a police officer acting pursuant to the provisions of MGL c. 272, § 59.
Any person found guilty of violating any of the prohibitions of §
462-1 shall be fined:
A. One hundred dollars for a first offense;
B. Two hundred dollars for a second offense; and
C. Three hundred dollars for a third or subsequent offense.
