of office for each regular member appointed shall be for three years.
The member of the Township Committee appointed to serve on the Board

of the Board of Health in the pursuit of their official duties shall,
however, be compensated for within the amount appropriated by the
Township Committee for use of the Board of Health.
[Ord. #157, § 8]
The Board of Health may employ a secretary and
such other personnel as provided by law and as it deems necessary,
and it shall fix the duties, term of office and compensation of every
