Any person who drives any motor vehicle in a
careless and imprudent manner, without due regard for the width, grade,
curves, corner, traffic and use of the streets and highways, and all
other attendant circumstances, is guilty of careless driving.

Any person convicted of violating §
440-11 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of Chapter
1, Article
IV, General Penalty.
