A. 
No person shall park or allow to be parked any trailer used in connection with a construction project on any public or private property, or refuse container on public property, be it street or sidewalk area, except after obtaining a permit thereof from the Building Department permission from the Police Department.
B. 
All such construction trailer permits shall be issued for a maximum of six months. Any additional period of time shall require renewal of the permit.
C. 
All such refuse container permits shall be issued for a maximum of 14 days. Any additional period of time shall require renewal of the permit.
A. 
No trailer or refuse container shall be parked within 50 feet of an intersection or fire hydrant.
B. 
No refuse container shall be placed in the public roadway during the months of December, January, February or March.
A. 
All trailers or refuse containers in the public roadway must be equipped with a red or yellow light at the front and at the rear.
B. 
Any trailer adjacent to the public sidewalk must have one floodlight attached to that side of the trailer, illuminating the sidewalk area.
A. 
All trailers and refuse containers must contain the name, address and telephone number of the contractor which must be prominently displayed on the trailer or container.
B. 
All trailers and refuse containers must also contain the name, address and telephone number of the owner or company providing the trailer or refuse container.
A. 
Refuse container storage in public roadway for commercial buildings: $100, each fourteen-day period or fraction thereof.
B. 
Refuse container storage in public roadway for residential buildings: $50, each fourteen-day period or fraction thereof.
C. 
Construction trailers: $100, each six-month period or fraction thereof.
