All parts of the premises under the control
of an occupant shall be kept in a clean, sanitary and safe condition
by the occupant, and the occupant shall refrain from performing any
act which would render any part of the entire building and premises
unclean, unsanitary, unsafe or which would prevent the owner or operator
from performing any duty required hereunder.
