Article III Motor Boats on Swift Creek

§ 218-3 Motor boats prohibited on portion of Swift Creek.

§ 218-3 Motor boats prohibited on portion of Swift Creek.

No person shall operate a boat with a gasoline motor or engine on the waters of Swift Creek lying within the territorial limits of the City extending from Branders Bridge Road to the dam located at the former City waterworks, provided that nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the operation of motorboats with electric-powered motors.

Any person who violates any provisions of Subsection A of this section shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of no more than $50.
