All decisions of the Multiple Dwelling Review Board shall be final,
except that any decision of the Multiple Dwelling Review Board may be appealed
to the Township Committee.
Any decision made by the Township Committee shall be final, provided
that further recourse shall be had in the courts.

Upon any appeal to the Township Committee, the Township Committee may
consult with other township employees or divisions of township government,
including but not limited to the Township Attorney, Township Construction
Official, Township Engineer and Department of Health, when such individuals
or Departments possess expertise in an area of dispute and such expertise
would aid in the resolution of a dispute.

No appeal shall be taken to the Township Committee unless notice of
said appeal is given in writing to the Township Committee within 15 days of
the final decision of the Multiple Dwelling Review Board.
