Garden Avenue merchant special parking permit and Kensington Garage merchant special parking permit: Permits issued to merchants permitting parking in restricted metered spaces in the Garden Avenue Lot or Kensington Garage: $1,200 for a one-year period from July 1 to June 30; $900 for the period from October 1 to June 30; $600 for the period from January 1 to June 30; and $300 for the period from April 1 to June 30.

Kensington Garage resident special parking permit: Permits issued to residents permitting parking in restricted metered spaces in Kensington Parking Garage: $1,250 for a one-year period from October 1 to September 30; $937.50 for the period from January 1 to September 30; $625 for the period from April 1 to September 30; and $312.50 for the period from July 1 to September 30.

Maltby merchant parking permit: Permits issued to merchants permitting parking in restricted metered spaces in the Maltby Parking Lot: $25 per month for the period from July 1 to June 30.
