Editor's Note: Former § 84-1, Exception for cooking fires on public grounds, and § 84-2, Fires on private land permitted under certain conditions, were removed at the direction of the Borough pursuant to Ord. No. 1081, adopted 9-4-2012.
Authority is hereby granted the Brookville Fire Company to extinguish any fire within the Borough of Brookville when the Fire Chief of said Company deems that conditions warrant such action.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
