Partridge Circle will start at the intersection of Partridge Circle and Pheasant Ridge Road and terminate at a cul-de-sac. The length of the road is 522.32 feet with a road width of 50 feet.

Voted that the town accept Pheasant Ridge Road as a town way as described in the street layout plan adopted by the Board of Selectmen on 4-9-1991 and on file in the Town Clerk's office since that date. Pheasant Ridge Road will start at the intersection of Fitchburg Road (Rte. 13) and Pheasant Ridge Road and terminate at a cul-de-sac. The length of the road is 2,137.52 feet with a road width of 50 feet.

Voted that the town accept as town ways the roads listed below, each as laid out as shown on the respective plans and reports filed in the office of the Town Clerk pursuant to MGL c. 82, §§ 21, 22 and 23:
Brook's Crossing will start at the intersection of Mason Road and Brook's Crossing and terminate at the intersecting ways of Brook's Crossing, Michael Way and Kristopher Lane. The length of the road is 400 feet with a road width of 50 feet.
Michael Way will start at the intersecting ways of Michael Way, Kristopher Lane and Brook's Crossing and terminate at a cul-de-sac. The length of the road is 500 feet with a road width of 50 feet.
Kristopher Lane will start at the intersecting ways of Kristopher Lane, Brook's Crossing and Michael Way and terminate at a cul-de-sac. The length of the road is 900 feet with a road width of 50 feet.
St. James Place will start at the intersection of St. James Place and Kristopher Lane and terminate at a cul-de-sac. The length of the road is 450 feet with a road width of 50 feet.

Voted that the town accept as town ways the roads listed below, each as laid out as shown on the respective plans and reports filed in the office of the Town Clerk pursuant to MGL c. 82, §§ 21, 22 and 23:
Ryan Road will start at the intersection of Lunenburg Road and Ryan Road and terminate at a cul-de-sac. The length of the road is 1,150 feet with a road width of 50 feet.

Voted that the town accept as a town way Laurel Woods Drive so-called, beginning at the intersection with Old City Road thence running northerly some 6,375 feet, being the entire length with a forty-foot width ending at the intersection with Bailey Road as shown on the respective plans and reports filed in the office of the Town Clerk pursuant to MGL c. 82, §§ 21, 22 and 23, as amended.
