There is hereby established the Mayor's Office of Administrative Services.[1]

A. 
The Mayor's Office of Administrative Services shall have the following divisions:
(1) 
The Compliance Division shall be responsible for those duties, policies and activities as set forth in Chapter 8 of the Code of the City of East Orange, entitled "Affirmative Action Program."
(2) 
The Public Information Division shall serve as an information and public relations resource for each department within the City. This Division shall also be responsible for the dissemination of information to the public about the City.
(3) 
The Consumer Services and Complaints Division shall be responsible for handling citizens' questions, concerns and complaints related to the delivery of municipal services and aid in the protection of the public against fraud and unfair business practices.
B. 
The Public Information and Consumer Services and Complaints Divisions shall be supervised by Division Managers, who shall be City employees in the classified civil service qualified by experience and training to execute the duties and responsibilities of the respective divisions. The Compliance Division shall be supervised by a Division Manager, who shall be the Compliance Officer pursuant to Chapter 8 of the Code of the City of East Orange.
The Office shall have additional personnel as may be provided for by the budget and set forth in the Salary Ordinance of the City. Said personnel shall be qualified by experience and training to perform the duties assigned by the Director.
