There is hereby established in the Township of Mantua a Department of Revenue and Finance.
The Chief Financial Officer shall be directly responsible for the daily oversight and administration of the Department of Revenue and Finance and all Township employees involved in the revenue and finance aspects of the Township of Mantua.
All officers or employees whose duties are proscribed by state statute or administrative regulations shall perform said duties as are permitted by law but will report to the Chief Financial Officer, as requested, on the daily activities, functions and work for said department.
The Township Administrator shall continue with any and all of his responsibilities as it relates to finance in the Township of Mantua notwithstanding the creation of the Department of Revenue and Finance or the duties and responsibilities now delegated to the Chief Financial Officer of the Township of Mantua for the daily oversight and administration of the Department of Revenue and Finance.
