Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated at the intersections and locations described in Schedule I (§ 183-44).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 183-15) are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed along those streets or parts of streets only in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III (§ 183-46).
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a "U-turn") is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 183-47).
In accordance with the provisions of § 1111(d)(2) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, no person shall make a right turn on a steady red signal at the locations designated in Schedule V (§ 183-48).
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 183-49) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 183-50) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.
The speed limit in the City of Lockport shall be 30 miles per hour, except for the following:
A. 
The speed limit on highways passing through the parks in the City of Lockport shall be 10 miles per hour.
B. 
The speed limit for all motor vehicles and motorcycles, when operated on any portion of a highway passing a school building, for not more than 300 feet in either direction from the building line of a school abutting on the highway, where eligible and visible signs are posted designating the same as a school zone, shall be 20 miles per hour.
C. 
The speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§ 183-51) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 183-52) are hereby designated as school stop intersections, and traffic shall stop as indicated at such times as "Full Stop — School Crossing" signs are displayed.
A. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of the indicated maximum gross weights are hereby excluded from the streets and highways, or parts thereof, described in Schedule X (§ 183-53).
B. 
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded.

A. 
A truck route system, upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are permitted to travel and operate, shall consist of the highways described in Schedule XI (§ 183-54).
B. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are hereby excluded from all highways within this City, except for those highways described in Schedule XI (§ 183-54), except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along a highway from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.
Through traffic is prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII (§ 183-55).
