§ 45-1 Firemen's Relief Associations recognized.

The following Firemen's Relief Associations, being those organized by the Fire Companies serving the Township of Butler, are hereby recognized by the Township of Butler as such, and the Treasurer of the Township is hereby authorized and directed to pay over to the Treasurer of each of said associations 1/5 of all moneys paid to him by the State Treasurer as Butler Township's share of the state tax on foreign fire insurance premiums:

A. Greenwood Village Volunteer Firemen's Relief Association.

B. Lyndora Firemen's Relief Association.

C. Mercer Road Firemen's Relief Association.

D. Meridian Firemen's Relief Association.

E. South Butler Firemen's Relief Association.
