Boards, committees and commissions — See Ch. 9.
All boards, commissions and committees, whether they are judicial, legislative or administrative, shall have all the rights and privileges of the Town Hall, its offices, facilities, committee rooms and any other office that they may require to pursue work of their respective office or appointments. The rights and privileges granted in this chapter shall also extend to any other buildings now owned by the Town now or in the future with the exception of the school buildings, which shall be used only by the expressed consent of the School Committee or its agent designated by them.
