A.
The Town of Johnston shall receive $2 per ton for
all garbage, including recycled garbage, which shall be included in
the tipping fee.
B.
The additional assessment shall be collected by the
corporation, and paid to the Town of Johnston, beginning immediately
upon passage of an act relating to Health and Safety - Solid Waste.
