§ 360-4 Powers and duties of agent.

A. Power and authority. The agent is hereby delegated the authority and power to administer this chapter, and in so acting the agent shall be considered the agent of the governing body.

B. Duties generally. The agent shall perform his duties as regards subdivision and subdividing in accordance with this chapter and the Code of Virginia.

§ 360-5 Establishment of procedures and policies.

In addition to the regulations herein contained for the subdivision of land, the agent may, from time to time, establish reasonable additional administrative procedures and requirements as deemed necessary for the proper administration of this chapter. Procedures so established shall govern the administration of this chapter.

§ 360-6 Recommendations from other departments.

In the performance of his duties, the agent may request opinions or recommendations, either verbal or written, from the departments of the City government or such other qualified persons as may from time to time be retained.
