In accordance with the Code of Virginia, § 36-105,
the Board of Supervisors of the county establish the Warren County
Department of Building Inspections, hereafter referred to as the "department,"
and charge the department with the responsibility of enforcement of
the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, hereafter referred to
in this chapter as the "code," within the county.
A.
Copies of the code are obtainable through the Department
of Housing and Community Development, Division of Building and Fire
Regulation, 501 North Second Street, Jackson Center, Richmond, Virginia
23219-132.
B.
Copies of this code shall be available for inspection
in the office of the department during county business hours.
C.
Copies of the code are available for purchase through
the department.
