The Treasurer of the County is authorized to accept payment of local taxes and other fees by use of a credit card pursuant to § 2.2-614.1, Code of Virginia. The Treasurer shall add to any such payment a sum not to exceed the amount charged to the county for the processing of the credit card payment.
