It shall be unlawful for any person to enter,
go upon or trespass upon the lands of the property owned jointly by
the Town of Front Royal and the County of Warren. situate off State
Route 677, near Rivermont, said land being the site of the prior town-county
landfill, without the prior written permission of the Manager of the
Town of Front Royal or the County Administrator of the County of Warren.
Any person violating this article shall, upon
conviction, be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
