City of Oconto Falls, WI Chapter 315 Licenses and Permits

§ 315-1 When required.

Licenses and permits shall be required for all activities within the City of Oconto Falls as deemed necessary by federal law, state statute, and county and local ordinance or resolution.

§ 315-2 Fees.

All license and permit fees shall be for a period of one year unless otherwise noted. All permits and licenses requiring fees to be paid shall be paid for prior to the issuance of the permit or license.

§ 315-3 Expiration.

All licenses and permits shall expire on June 30 unless otherwise noted.
