The proposed subdivision shall conform to:
A. The provisions of Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin statutes.
B. All applicable local ordinances.
C. The Official Map and the Comprehensive Plan of the
village.
D. The rules of the Department of Transportation relating
to safety, access and the preservation of the public interest and
investment in the streets if the subdivision or any lot contained
therein abuts a state highway.
E. The rules of the County Highway Commission relating
to safety, access and the preservation of the public interest and
investment in the streets if the subdivision or any lot contained
therein abuts a county road.
Whenever the Board finds that a proposed dedication
of land for public use is not required or not suitable for public
use, the Board may either refuse to approve such dedication or require
the rearrangement of lots in the proposed subdivision.
