A. 
The Commission may consider the division of a single parcel into no more than two lots where such division does not occur in the path of a planned road or involve construction of a public improvement like a public road or water main. The Commission may waive procedural requirements of this chapter except as follows:
(1) 
No single parcel division shall be exempt from the adequate facilities provisions contained herein;
(2) 
All single parcel divisions shall be subject to the provisions of §§ 119-28 through 119-33;
(3) 
The Commission shall allow for public notification and comment before approval.
B. 
Any lot created by the single parcel division process shall not be further subdivided, except in full compliance with this chapter.
