Pursuant to appointment by the Public Service Commission of the State of New York and/or by transfer of certain real property from the County of Orange to the Town of Goshen, the Town of Goshen has been appointed and/or has agreed to operate the water systems servicing the Stonehedge development within the Town of Goshen. In connection with the operation and administration of said water system, all of the terms and conditions of this Chapter 93 of the Code of the Town of Goshen shall be applicable in their entirety and shall apply to the water system servicing the Stonehedge development in the same manner as if a Town water district had been officially established.
