A.
The portion of Field Street which lies between Dolbow
Avenue and Gary Avenue is hereby designated as a one-way street with
traffic to move only in an easterly direction on said portion of Field
Street. No person shall operate a motor vehicle in a westerly direction
on the portion of Field Street which lies between Dolbow Avenue and
Gary Avenue.
B.
The portion of B Street which lies between Walker
Avenue and Bay Street is hereby designated as a one-way street with
traffic to move only in a northerly direction on said portion of B
Street. No person shall operate a motor vehicle in a southerly direction
on the portion of B Street which lies between Walker Avenue and Bay
Street.
