This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "Stormwater Maintenance and Inspection, Stormwater Management
Requirements, Containerized Waste, Illicit Connections, Improper Disposal
of Waste, Litter Control, Pet Waste, Wildlife Feeding and Yard Waste
Collection Ordinance of the Borough of Gibbsboro."
The purpose of this chapter is to establish
and provide rules, regulations and standards for the proper design,
maintenance and inspection of both existing and proposed stormwater
management systems in order to promote the public health, safety,
convenience and general welfare of the Borough. The chapter also establishes
stormwater regulations regarding stormwater management, containerized
waste, illicit connections, improper disposal of waste, litter control,
pet waste, wildlife feeding and yard waste collection.
