There is hereby authorized the sale of recyclable
materials recovered through the recycling program of the Borough of
Hasbrouck Heights.
Such sale or sales herein authorized shall be
according to such terms and upon such conditions as may be hereafter
determined by resolution duly adopted setting forth the same.
