The plan attached and appended hereto titled "Official Map," prepared by East Bradford Township, dated November 11, 2020, consisting of one sheet,[1] is hereby adopted as the Official Map of East Bradford Township in accordance with Article IV of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).[2]

The Official Map of East Bradford Township depicts by mapping and textual notes existing and proposed public streets; watercourses and flood zones; public grounds; existing and proposed public parks, playgrounds and open space reservations; existing and proposed pedestrian sidewalks, bicycle routes, trails and trail easements; and conservation easements.

The time limitation referred to in Section 406 of the MPC (53 P.S. § 10406) on reservations for future takings or acquisitions for public use shall be in effect until December 31, 2031.
