A. Permit for accessory use. A temporary permit must
be obtained from the Building Inspector for the placement and use
of a trailer on a lot as an accessory use to construction (not to
be lived in), including but not limited to sales trailers, equipment
trailers, office trailers, etc. The amount of trailers is to be limited
at the discretion of the Building Inspector. The property owner shall
apply for the permit, and such permit shall be for a period not greater
than six months but may be renewed at the discretion of the Building
Inspector if work on said construction is proceeding diligently. The
fee for such permit and any subsequent renewal shall be as set forth
from time to time by resolution of the Town Board; and, if there is more than one trailer for a subdivision,
then the permit fee and renewal fee is in the amount set forth from
time to time by resolution of the Town Board for multiple trailers
per subdivision.
B. Permit for house trailer. A temporary permit must
be obtained from the Building Inspector for the placement of a trailer
on a lot for applicant to live in while there is the renovation or
major repair of a damaged structure in which applicant was residing.
No one can occupy the structure during the same period of time that
a house trailer is being utilized pursuant to this subsection. Such
permit may be issued after the issuance of a building permit. The
property owner shall apply for the permit, and such permit shall be
for a period not greater than six months but may be renewed at the
discretion of the Building Inspector if work on said construction
is proceeding diligently. The fee for such permit and any subsequent
renewal shall be as set forth from time to time by resolution of the
Town Board.

Any violation of this article shall be punishable
by a maximum fine of $1,500 or by imprisonment for not more than 15
days, or both.
