There is hereby adopted an official Disciplinary
Procedure and Daily Work Rules Violation Form in the form attached
hereto and made a part hereof.[1]

Editor's Note: Said procedure and form are
on file in the Borough offices.
This ordinance shall apply to all non-police
employees of the Borough.
Said procedure and form shall be distributed
to all non-police Borough employees within seven days of passage of
this ordinance and this ordinance shall become effective seven days
thereafter.
