The Borough of Paulsboro Anti-Harassment Policy
("policy") in the form attached and made a part of this ordinance
is hereby implemented, effective January 1, 2003.[1]

Editor's Note: Said policy is on file in the
Borough offices.
This policy shall cover all civilian employees
of the Borough of Paulsboro at every level.
A full copy of the policy shall be distributed
to each such employee no later than December 31, 2002, or his or her
date of hire, whichever occurs first. The Borough Clerk shall keep
a receipt sheet with the signature of each employee indicating that
he or she has received and will thoroughly read the policy.
