[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of Commissioners (now Town Council)
of the Town of Phillipsburg 12-15-1948 by Ord.
No. 648 (Ch. 18 of the 1969 Code); amended in its entirety at time
of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I). Subsequent amendments
noted where applicable.]
The name of said Municipal Court shall be the "Municipal Court of the
Town of Phillipsburg, New Jersey."
The said Municipal Court shall have a seal which shall bear the impress
of the name of the court.
There shall be a Municipal Court Administrator appointed pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 2B:12-10, as amended and supplemented. The Municipal Court Administrator
shall perform such functions and duties as are prescribed by law, the Rules
of the Courts and the Judge.
