Township of River Vale, NJ Article XI Continuation of Provisions

§ 142-53 Continuation of certain ordinances; zoning readoption.

A. Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-90b and the provisions of P.L. 1976, c. 115, the following ordinances of the Township of River Vale hereby are continued in full force and effect and readopted, except the extent inconsistent with any provision of the Municipal Land Use Law, P.L. 1975, c. 291, or this Part 1, and such ordinances shall be read in pari materia with this Part 1:

(1) Part 8 of this chapter, the Land Subdivision Ordinance, originally adopted March 4, 1954, as amended and supplemented to the effective date hereof.

(2) Part 6 of this chapter, the Site Plan Ordinance, originally adopted February 2, 1967, as amended and supplemented to the effective date hereof.[1]

(3) Part 7 of this chapter, the Soil Moving Ordinance, originally adopted June 2, 1966, as amended and supplemented to the effective date hereof.

B. Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-90b and the provisions of P.L. 1976, c. 115, the River Vale Zoning Ordinance (Part 9 of this chapter), adopted November 29, 1944, as amended and supplemented to the effective date hereof, is readopted and continued in full force and effect, except to the extent inconsistent with any provision of the Municipal Land Use Law (P.L. 1975, c. 291) or this Part 1, and such ordinances shall be read in pari materia with this Part 1.
