Upon a finding by the Joint Planning Board that
due to special conditions peculiar to a given site or application,
strict compliance with the provisions of this Part 6 would result
in peculiar, exceptional and undue hardship upon the applicant, or
that strict compliance is otherwise impracticable and not within the
general purpose and intent of the standards established by this Part
6, the Joint Planning Board may waive or vary such requirement or
requirements.
