Schedule B[2] is applicable to minor subdivisions, preliminary and final
site plans, preliminary and final major subdivisions, applications
under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c and d and applications for conditional uses
and is applicable regardless of which board the application is made
to. An "X" mark means that that particular item is required to be
submitted with the application specified.
