Pursuant to the authority of Subdivision 3 of
Section 14 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York,[1] it

Editor's Note: Now Subdivision 3 of Section
385 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. is hereby declared lawful for
a public transportation corporation operating omnibuses having a carrying
capacity of more than seven passengers on routes operated pursuant
to consents heretofore and hereafter granted by the city for transportation
therein to use and operate omnibuses not exceeding 40 feet in length.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately.
