Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 161,
Subdivision and Land Development, of the 1991 Code, adopted 7-19-1989
by Ord. No. 358.
The Borough Council deems it to be in the best interest of the Borough to adopt by reference the Delaware County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance of 2016 and any amendments thereto as Chapter 161, Subdivision and Land Development, of the Code of the Borough of Parkside, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
The Borough Council does hereby enact the above-mentioned Delaware County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance of 2016 and any amendments thereto as Chapter 161, Subdivision and Land Development, of the Code of the Borough of Parkside, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
