A certain document being marked and designated as the "International
Energy Conservation Code, 2018 Edition" ("IECC 2018"), as published
by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the
Energy Conservation Code of the Borough of Parkside, Delaware County,
with all amendments as adopted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
to regulate the design and construction of certain commercial and
residential buildings as defined in the IECC 2018 for the effective
use and conservation of energy and the useful life of said buildings
and said buildings' sites and associated systems and equipment; to
provide for the issuance of permits and collection of fees; and to
provide for administration, enforcement, and penalties. All other
ordinances in conflict therewith are hereby repealed. Each and all
of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the IECC 2018
are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully
set out in this chapter, as set forth herein.
