Town of Gates, NY Chapter 47 Recreation Department

§ 47-1 Department established; duties and functions.

There is hereby established in the Town of Gates a department to be known as the "Recreation Department of the Town of Gates." Said Department shall undertake and perform such duties and functions as may from time to time be assigned thereto by the Town Board of the Town of Gates.

§ 47-2 Director.

The Department created hereby shall be headed by a Director to be appointed by the Town Board of the Town of Gates.
