Compensation of Tax Collector — See Ch. 51.
Each member of Borough Council of Dover Borough,
York County, Pennsylvania, serving in his or her position as of January
1, 1998, shall receive compensation as a Councilman in the annual
amount of $1,050; provided, however, that the President of Borough
Council shall receive compensation as President of Borough Council
in the annual amount of $1,250.

Commencing on January 1, 1998, the Mayor of
Dover Borough, York County, Pennsylvania, shall receive compensation
as Mayor in the annual amount of $1,250.
The compensation payable to members of Borough
Council and the Mayor shall be paid in quarterly installments.
The compensation established by this chapter
shall remain in effect from year to year until amended by further
ordinance of Dover Borough Council.
