For purposes of this article, all regulations concerning the burial
or other lawful disposition of dead human bodies, as set forth in
Chapter V of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code, entitled "Preparation,
Handling, Transportation, Burial and Disinterment of Dead Human Bodies,"
and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, are incorporated
herein and made a part hereof as though set forth at length herein.
B.
Three copies of said Chapter V of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code,
entitled "Preparation, Handling, Transportation, Burial and Disinterment
of Dead Human Bodies," have been placed on file in the office of the
Secretary of the Board of Health upon the introduction of this chapter
and will remain on file there for the use and examination of the public.
