§ 360.01 Current budget.

For the year 2016, the following amounts are hereby appropriated from the fund equities, revenues and other financing sources available for the year 2016.

§ 360.02 Current real property tax.

The tax be and the same is hereby levied on all real property within the Township subject to taxation for the fiscal year 2016 as follows:
Tax rate for general purposes, the sum of 5.9 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation, or the sum of $0.59 on each $100 of assessed valuation; tax rate for the support of the Volunteer Fire Department, the sum of 0.5 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation, or the sum of $0.05 on each $100 of assessed valuation.

§ 360.04 Penalties and discounts.

All taxpayers subject to the payment of real estate taxes levied by the Township shall be entitled to a discount of 2% from the amount of such tax upon making payment of the whole amount thereto within two months after the date of the tax notice. All taxpayers who shall fail to make payment of any such taxes charged against them within four months after the date of the tax notice shall be charged a penalty of 10%, which penalty shall be added to the taxes by the Treasurer and collected by him in the manner prescribed by law.
