The Raffles Licensing Law was adopted by referendum to be operative
in the Township of Wyckoff pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq.[1]

The Township of Wyckoff is hereby authorized to license bona
fide organizations or associations permitted to be licensed under
the Raffles Licensing Law (N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq.) and the regulations
adopted thereunder and contained in N.J.A.C. 13:47-1 et seq.
The Township Clerk of the Township of Wyckoff is hereby designated
as the issuing authority pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1 and is authorized
and directed to issue licenses as permitted by law and the regulations
adopted thereunder.
Licenses shall be issued upon compliance with the provisions
of the Act and the regulations hereinabove cited and upon payment
of the license fees set forth therein. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-58,
if requested, raffles may be held, operated and conducted on Sunday
when specifically provided in the license authorized by this article
and issued by the Township Clerk.
