No person shall park any vehicle upon a street, other than an
alley, in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available
less than ten (10) feet of the width of the roadway for free movement
of vehicular traffic.
No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in such a manner
or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten (10)
feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular
traffic, and no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within
an alley in such position as to block the driveway entrance to any
abutting property.
The City Traffic Engineer is authorized to erect signs upon
the left-hand side of any one-way street to prohibit the standing
or parking of vehicles, and when such signs are in place, no person
shall stand or park a vehicle upon such left-hand side in violation
of any such sign.
In the event a highway includes two (2) or more separate roadways
and traffic is restricted to one (1) direction upon any such roadway,
no person shall stand or park a vehicle upon the left-hand side of
such one-way roadway unless signs are erected to permit such standing
or parking. The City Traffic Engineer is authorized to determine when
standing or parking may be permitted upon the left-hand side of any
such one-way roadway and to erect signs giving notice thereof.

A. The
City of St. Robert has determined that during times of inclement weather,
that it is in the best interests of the citizens of St. Robert that
automobile parking on the public streets be restricted in order to
provide for the orderly movement of emergency vehicles, and to insure
the efficient removal of snow.
B. The
Board of Aldermen shall, in its discretion, determine the streets
which shall be posted by signs designating the side of the street
which shall not be used for parking during times of inclement weather.
C. Anyone
who parks a vehicle during inclement weather on the side of the public
street which is designated as no parking during inclement weather
will have his/her respective vehicle towed from the street by the
City of St. Robert at the expense of the owner of said vehicle and
the vehicle shall be impounded until such time as the owner of the
vehicle shall pay all costs for towing and storage.
D. A violation
of this Section shall be deemed a misdemeanor and punishable in accordance
with the laws pertaining to misdemeanor violations in Cities of the
Fourth Class.
