A certain documents, three (3) copies of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of St. Robert, being marked
and designated as the
International Mechanical Code, 2006 edition, including Appendix Chapter A as published by the International Code Council be and is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code of the City of St. Robert, in the State of Missouri, for regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of mechanical systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Mechanical Code, on file in the office of the St. Robert City Clerk are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section
514.020 of this Chapter.

Ordinance Number 1181 of the City of St. Robert entitled An
Ordinance Adopting The 2000 International Mechanical Code and all
other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.

The following Sections of the International Mechanical Code
adopted herein are hereby revised:
Section 101.1 Insert: City of St. Robert.
Section 106.5.2 Insert: Attachment "Fee Schedule" see Appendix A to Chapter
500 of the Municipal Code.
Section 106.5.3 Insert: (2) 75% (3) 80%.
Section 108.4 Insert: (Misdemeanor), ($500.00),
(90 days).
Section 108.5 Insert: ($50.00) ($500.00).

Nothing in this Chapter or in the Mechanical Code hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding impending in any court, or any rights acquired, or liability incurred, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing under any act or ordinance hereby repealed as cited in Section
514.015 of this Chapter; nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this Chapter.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter or
the Code adopted in this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be fined an amount not exceeding
five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned in the City or County
Jail for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by both such
fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation is committed or permitted
to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable
as such hereunder.
