A.
Water
service will be terminated for delinquent water and/or solid waste
service charges.
B.
The
service charge for solid waste disposal for persons on a fixed income
and meeting certain other qualifications as set forth by the City
shall be waived or reduced upon those persons applying for said waiver
or reduction and approval of such application by the City.
