Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter,
or any lawful rules or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, upon
conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred
dollars ($500.00), provided that each day's violation thereof shall
be a separate offense for the purposes hereof.
